7 youngsters from Brussels, aged 18 to 22, went to Lithuania to meet young Europeans from Turkey, Estonia, Spain and Lithuania. They also familiarized themselves with a healthy lifestyle and lived an intercultural experience. The program of this exchange which took place from 1 to 11 August 2015: a vegetarian challenge, yoga classes, discovering Ayurveda, stress management, discovering the impact of music on the human being, and much more!
